Cougar Mountain Inventory Software

Effectively managing inventory means effectively managing cash flow. The Cougar Mountain Inventory module contains an array of reports that will enable you to effectively and efficiently manage inventory. Inventory levels and costs can be quickly accessed from the Stock Item Maintenance screen or referring to the Inventory On Hand Report Understock Report, or Overstock Report.

Features and Benefits Entering a new inventory item or reviewing information on an existing item is done on a single Stock Item Maintenance screen. From this screen, you can view quantity on hand, price levels, last cost of the product, transaction history, and vendor information. Create promotional pricing that will be in effect for a specified time-frame and date range. The discount can be set as percentage, dollar amount, or fixed amount. The Set Up Kits feature creates a Bill of Materials table listing individual parts required to assemble an item. The table shows the quantity and part number of each component that is required to complete the finished product. The Inventory On Hand Report contains information regarding the quantity in stock for a single item, the purchase date, and the purchase cost of the item. By analyzing this report, one can improve the management of inventory levels and inventory costs thereby improving cash flow.
