  1. Enter Date
  2. Enter Stock No.
  3. Enter something in Document
  4. Pick appropriate transaction code
  5. Enter something in Description
  6. Enter the quantity to be adjusted
  7. On decreases in quantity the dollar amount is controlled by the software -- on increases it can be overwritten.

 
Currently these are the inventory codes that I have set up.  Add more if needed.
